Main Problems & Solutions

After scrutinizing the existing website and brand identity, I identified several issues that were negatively impacting both user perception and the overall experience.

Outdated and Misaligned Visual Identity

Research shows that 94% of first impressions are influenced by a website's visual design. Users who disliked a site's appearance were unlikely to explore it further, regardless of the information it contained. For OAN, this risk was particularly relevant.

Problem
The old website looked outdated and childish, making it difficult for visitors to trust the company as a modern technology partner.
Solution
I introduced a retro arcade-inspired visual direction that feels unique within the adtech industry while tapping into the nostalgia of gaming culture.
Problem
The old design didn't reflect the company's connection to gaming, making the brand feel disconnected from its core audience and lacked differentiation from other companies.
Solution
I created a distinctive visual idenitity inspired by gaming culture, sci-fi visuals, and futuristic neon accents helping the brand stand out and better connect with its audience.

Website Usability Issues

The tricky thing about UX is that most people don't complain; they just leave. Studies show that only a small fraction of unhappy users give feedback, while 91% silently abandon the product -leaving brands to quietly suffer from issues they may not even be aware of.

Problem
The website suffered from usability issues, including aggressive email capture, ineffective CTAs, and inconsistent mobile layouts.
Solution
I improved the user experience through continuous testing, external feedback, and equal focus on mobile and desktop usability. I refined the user journey to make interactions feel more intuitive.

Poor LinkedIn Post Performance

Even the best design is useless if people never find it. LinkedIn was the primary channel OAN relied on, making it a critical medium for reaching B2B audiences.

Problem
Linkedin posts struggled to reach audiences and generate meaningful engagement.
Solution
We introduced a new posts and videos format that increased engagement and boosted visibility by 6x across the platform.
